4. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of service if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, please contact us at support@accelerapos.com.

5. Pricing, Payment Gateways & Hosting

Our pricing plans are subject to the following conditions:

  • Payment Gateways (Paymob / Fawry): The client incurs payment gateway fees separately. These fees average 2.75% commission per transaction + 3 EGP fixed fee, plus a one-time setup fee (~999 EGP). These percentages belong to the payment gateways and may change.
  • Cloud Hosting: Displayed pricing includes basic cloud hosting costs. Exceptional storage needs may incur additional fees.

6. No Warranties

This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and Accelera express no representations or warranties of any kind related to this Website.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Accelera, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website.

8. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify Accelera to the fullest extent from and against any liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

Accelera is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
